John W. Gibson Jr. is a PGA Class A Teaching Professional. He started playing at the age of 6, in Richardson, TX. In his junior years he competed in AJGA events which propelled him to play college golf at the University of Arkansas. He turned Pro in 1988 where he competed on numerous tours including the PGA, Hogan and South African Tour.
He wanted to share his love and passion for the game so in 1995 he decided to start teaching. This led him to join the PGA of America, where he became a PGA Class A Golf Teaching Professional. John still enjoys to play the game and competes in numerous events throughout the year, including the PGA Professional National Championship where he has qualified 7 times.
